Solid Rubber Extrusions
We extrude a range of rubber polymers including EPDM, Nitrile, Neoprene & Coloured EPDM. We achieve different shore hardness’s depending on the requirement and we can customise our compounds to suit the application.
Rubber Gaskets & Seals
We have a number of hydraulic gasket and seal presses capable of high output and achieving any shape. We are not limited to any size gasket or seal and we make all of our tooling in house which means we can commit to tightest of lead times.
Sponge Rubber Extrusions
We manufacture high & low density sponge rubber extrusions for many different industries including marine & guttering. We offer Neoprene and EPDM sponge in a range of colour to suit any bespoke design.
Rubber Mouldings
We offer injection and vulcanised mouldings to suit your needs. We can offer vulcanised rubber moulded frames to suit the size of a window frame and corners to mate up with our extrusion.
